2. Live Help is not responding. What's wrong?
The speed of the live chat connection also depends on the type of Internet connection used, the Internet Service Provider (ISP), and the time when you are accessing the website. If you are using a 56K modem dial-up, you tend to experience slower speed. Some ISPs also tend to be slower during peak period when the Internet traffic is congested. 3. How do I pay with my credit card without using MoneyBooker?
We do offer the option to pay by a credit card instead of MoneyBooker. To place an order with a credit card is easy and simple. Proceed through the order process as normal, and once you are forwarded to MoneyBooker you will be presented with an option to pay with your MoneyBooker account or an independent credit card. The option to use a credit card is available through both services
4. Why won't my credit card work?
Credit cards can be denied for several reasons. The most common reason is that the bank processing the card does not permit online transactions for security reasons. You may contact your bank to enable your card to be eligible for online transactions. Another reason is that a piece of information may not match when the payment solution checks the verification of the card. In this instance contacting the credit card solution to determine why the card was not allowed to pass is the quickest way to solve the problem. Credit cards from all countries may not be accepted and your country must be located in their permitted list in order to use the credit card merchant account service.
If you have previously entered your credit card when attempting to open a MoneyBooker account, they will not accept the card unless it is used through the original MoneyBooker account. The card cannot be used independently through MoneyBooker outside of the account for security reasons.
5. How do I verify my MoneyBooker account?
The MoneyBooker verification system is quite simple and easy. Once you have created your MoneyBooker account, you have the option to acquire verified status by completing a process through your bank. After logging into your MoneyBooker account, click the option that says verify my account, and MoneyBooker will give instructions on what to do next. MoneyBooker will make two small deposits into the bank account attached to your MoneyBooker account and they will request that you verify exactly the amounts that they have deposited. After checking your bank records, simply enter the deposit amounts into the MoneyBooker query page and your account will then attain verified status.
